As well as our rigorous recruitment process, all of our carers are required to have a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check and references, so that we can be confident in their ability and experience.
Once onboarded, all of our carers receive a full training programme, regardless of previous care experience, to ensure they all meet the very high standards of care delivery we expect for our clients. Training modules include first aid, moving and handling, dementia and end-of-life care, which is all delivered by our team of in-house trainers.
