Live-in carer benefits
Our team of industry experts understand what great training and support looks like. So you can be assured that if you choose to work with us, either as a live-in carer, or as a domiciliary care assistant , you will be well looked after with:
Local support, 24/7
As well as 24/7 phone support from our office team, you will be supported by a care assessor who is local to your placement. They will ensure you have dedicated, ongoing support in your placement.
Flexible working
Our flexible engagement options mean that you can choose when you work. Whether it’s a couple of weeks or a couple of months at a time, you choose what gives you the best work/life balance.
We’re not an agency
You will work for us for the duration of your placement. This means we handle all your tax and national insurance deductions during that period, so that’s one less thing for you to think about.
Breaks in placement
To support your wellbeing you will have generous breaks whilst in placement. Breaks will vary depending on the client placement, however as a minimum you will have two hours per day.
Free Blue Light Card
You can apply for a free Blue Light Card, giving you access to lots of great offers and deals both online and on the high street.
Pay and rewards
Our pay is based on the complexity of your placement. You can expect to earn up to £140 per day. We also offer up to £475 to anyone who refers a friend to work with us (terms apply).
Employee Assistance Programme
To help with any of the challenges life may bring, you can access free, confidential advice via our EAP.
Ongoing training and development
We know training is an ongoing process. Through our in-house training team we regularly offer additional training in complex conditions, as well as supporting carers to complete their Level 2 Health and Social Care diploma.
Live and work in London
